At Jaipur Rides, we understand that travel plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and easy to understand.
1. Standard Cancellations
If you cancel your booking at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup, you will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the pickup time may be subject to a partial refund or no refund, depending on the service booked.
2. Refund Process
All approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
The refund will be made to the original payment method used during booking.
3. Special Cases
If a service is cancelled by Jaipur Rides due to unavoidable circumstances, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule your booking.
For long-distance or outstation trips, special terms may apply, which will be communicated at the time of booking.
4. How to Cancel
You can cancel your booking by contacting our customer support by calling our support number.
Make sure to provide your booking details so we can process your cancellation quickly.
5. Important Notes
No-shows without prior cancellation may not be eligible for a refund.
Refunds may take a few business days to appear in your account depending on your bank or payment method.
